Plastic Injection Moulds

We manufacture plastic injection moulds for horizontal injection moulding, vertical injection moulding, semi automatic injection mould machines, duel material injection moulding machines. The injection moulding is being done in thermoplastic and thermoset materials. Though we make moulds for all mouldable plastic materials, the most of the moulds are made for ABS, PC, PP, Polystyrene, Nylon, Delrin, Acrylic, HDPE, LDPE, HIPS, combination some polymers and glass filled polymners.

Press Tools

In order to meet the individual requirements of the clients, we offer wide array of Press Tool that are durable in nature and are performance based. Our entire product range are quality assured and are delivered in varied dimensions. Press Tool is offered with standard configurations. We manufacture automobile blanking tool, piercing tool, compound tool, progressive press tool, stamping dies, forming tools, draw tools, etc. For 0.3mm sheet to 10mm sheet we can make the tools. The sheets are wide range from cold rolled, hot rolled sheets, stainless steel and non metals brass, copper & aluminum sheets.

Pressing Parts Manufacturing

HPDC, LPDC & GDC Dies

We manufacture Aluminum and steel casting dies. The dies are High Pressure Die Castings Dies (HPDC), Lower Pressure Die Casting Dies (LPDC), Gravity Die Casting Dies (GDC), Patterns for steel casting. The gravity die castings are manufactured up to 120Kg part weight. The HPDC dies are made from 60Tonnage to 2000Tonnage range machines for aluminum to zinc castings.

Fixtures And Inspection Gauges

Fixtures

Zetford manufactures fixtures for welding, assembly, fastener tightening, product testing, CNC machining, and for various processes. The consideration of location, butting, clamping and orientation are given in a way it increases the productivity and assembly quality and respective process quality. The fixtures are mechanically, pneumatically, hydraulically, servo operated and automated operated fixtures.

Inspection Gauges

Zetford manufactures parts and assembly inspection gauges. The gauges are NABL lab inspected and calibrated gauges. The names are receiver gauge, plug gauges, flush pin gauges, depth check dial gauges, profile checking gauges, position checking fixture and others. We make gauges of five micron precision tolerance. Gauges made in wood to check the sheet metal stamped part profile and holes in the formed part.

Toolroom Facility and Network

Zetford has network of toolrooms. The toolrooms are dedicated for each type tooling. With large capacity and skilled tooling tooling manufacturing team the number or tools manufacturing in short period time is large. Our toolroom facilities located in the manufacturing are where the raw material, standard elements, skilled labor and sub contactors for outsourcing works are available.
