Zetford works with partners with the latest die casting technology to deliver high quality, on-demand parts. Our typical tolerance accuracy ranges from ±0.0762 mm to ±0.127 mm for aluminium and zinc, depending on customer specifications. Hot chamber casting, also referred to as gooseneck casting, is the most ubiquitous die casting process. In this process, the injection mechanism’s chamber is submerged in molten metal and the “gooseneck” metal supply structure guides the molten metal into the die cavity.
Cold chamber die casting is commonly employed to reduce machine corrosion. The liquified metal is loaded directly into the injection setup, removing the need to submerge the injection mechanism into the molten metal.
Ideal for parts with complex shapes made with steel, aluminum or magnesium alloys
We do gravity die casting to kind of industry. The part weight ranging from 30grams to 120Kgs
We do HPDC die casting to various kind of industry. The tonnage ranging from 50Ton to 6000Ton
Investment casting is low wax process. We make parts up to 65Kg and 300mm length. We do all necessary quality inspection tests.
Temperature range between -10 and 300 ° C for components exposed to medium dynamic and shock-like loads.

Die Casting Parts
Die casting is a metal casting process that is characterized by forcing molten metal under high pressure into a mold cavity. Die castings are characterized by a very good surface finish (by casting standards) and dimensional consistency.
